    • 1.35 - 1.59 (25 residues)
    • 2.38 - 2.67 (30 residues)
    • 3.22 - 3.55 (34 residues)
    • 4.39 - 4.63 (25 residues)
    • 5.36 - 5.65 (30 residues)
    • 6.29 - 6.60 (32 residues)
    • 7.32 - 7.55 (24 residues)
  • A 7TM bundle of 200 residues are extracted from each of the chains in a PDB file
  • 7TM coordinates of GPCRs are superposed to the chain A of 2RH1 (highest resoltion structure of inactivated beta2 adrenergic receptor) by SSM algorithm implemented in Coot
  • 7TM helices of microbial retinal proteins (MRs) are assigned as follows (Asano et al.)
    • 1.34 - 1.55 (22 residues)
    • 2.33 - 2.56 (24 residues)
    • 3.46 - 3.67 (22 residues)
    • 4.33 - 4.56 (24 residues)
    • 5.30 - 5.57 (28 residues)

  • 7TM coordinates of MRs are superposed to the chain A of 1PY6 (highest resoltion structure of wild-type dark-state bacteriorhodopsin having complete 170 residues) by SSM algorithm implemented in Coot
  • Our list does not include the PDB files of redundant structure with lower resolution
